Bishop Hank is the pastor of Hosanna Family Worship Center A/G (formerly Wilkinson Christian Fellowship), in Shreveport, Louisiana. He has been ministering in inner cities since 1986. He is a humble man with a great desire to see the Word of God ministered in truthfulness. He has spent most of his ministry majoring on the major of love through reconciliation and helping those who are hurting whether spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially or economically. He calls it a “mandate from God.” He also has a powerful marriage ministry, sharing his testimony and the love and mercy of God with countless couples that were ready to throw in the towel. Many of these couples have been restored and are in full time ministry helping others. As members of the Association of Biblical Counseling, Bishop believes that every relationship is worth restoring. Bishop Hank is the first African American presbyter to serve on the Louisiana District Council for the Assemblies of God. His heart of reconciliation has reached across racial, denominational and socio-economic lines. He loves bringing people together from all walks of life to walk in unity in an effort to take back our cities, states and our nation. He has been graced by God to marry Fay Harvey in December 2014. Together they have six adult children; Carmela (Kim), Latosha Natisha, Shanni, Henry III (H.L.), and Brian Jr. a son-in-law Kevin, Sr., and five grandchildren; Kevin Jr., Kyron, Kyra, Kiana and Joshua.

Pastor Wycliff BaileySouthern Region Asst. DirectorPastor Wycliffe Bailey is the Minister of Christian Education at Braeswood Church in Houston, Texas. He has been married to Charmaine for 32 years and they are blessed with four adult children. He joined the Assemblies of God in 1984, after he migrated to the USA from Jamaica. He has served as the South Texas representative of the NBF for the last five years.
Pastor Bailey holds a diploma in Chemical Technology, a BS in Chemistry, a Ministerial Studies Diploma and was ordained in the Assemblies of God. He served as a Deacon and Bible teacher for many years before being called out of a secular occupation in 2001. Pastor Cliff has served with a number of missions organizations and presently serves on the board of "Oil of Joy for Mourning, International", an abortion recovery ministry.
